Building a board is two jobs: draw it, source it. ONEPASSPCB has exactly two entrances — AI draws the PCB inside your own EDA; one BOM gets priced and ordered.
Describe what you need in the browser; a local connector drives your Altium Designer or KiCad. It edits your project files, and you watch it happen in the tool you already use.
Say what the circuit has to do. The AI creates parts, wires nets, places components and builds the schematic and PCB — every step lands in the project you have open.
Everything goes through the connector API. No simulated mouse clicks, no window messages. A new Altium version, another machine or a different screen resolution does not break it.
Run the autorouter and design-rule checks and write the result back into the project. Overlapping courtyards are cleared first, so a routing run does not end in an empty file.
Two independent connectors on two independent channels sharing no state. Install the one you actually use.
The web page issues a pairing code; start the connector on your machine and it pairs. After that you work from the browser.
Accounts and session history, so the prompt that worked for one engineer is there for the next one.
Every line is priced against major distributors and converted to USD before comparison. Lines that cannot be priced say why — rather than handing you a number you cannot buy at.
Drop in Excel or CSV. Part numbers and quantities are read line by line and priced in parallel; priced lines vs. total lines is shown at the top.
Mouser, DigiKey, element14 and TI official APIs run concurrently, and every failure reason is carried back per line instead of leaving a blank.
Distributors quote in different currencies. Everything is converted to USD at the current rate before comparison, and both the original currency price and the rate used stay visible — a cheapest price found without conversion is fiction.
Distributors happily return NE555PWR when you asked for NE555P. Only you can decide whether a substitute is acceptable, so no exact match means no price — close matches are listed as something to confirm.
Suppliers with zero stock are excluded. Price breaks you can actually buy at this quantity come first; when no one has enough, the minimum order quantity and the shortfall are spelled out.
Turn the quote into an order in one step with contact, shipping and invoicing details. The stored quote is never silently re-priced later.
Both entrances are free to start — no contract first.
Need a board drawn? Go to AI PCB Design. Need parts priced? Go to BOM Quoting. They are two directions of one platform; using just one is fine.
Pricing works without an account; sign in when you download the quote or place the order.
PCB: install the connector, open Altium or KiCad, state the requirement, and the AI draws inside the project. BOM: upload the sheet and get every line priced against live distributor stock.
No BOM at hand? Download the sample sheet and fill it in.
Confirm the quote and order in one click. Prototyping and volume manufacturing are handled by Trio Industrial Electronics — the part we have been doing for decades.

Conversational schematic and PCB design. A local connector drives the EDA tool you already use — creating parts, wiring nets, placing components, autorouting and running DRC, all in your own project files.
