By using the ONEPASSPCB platform (operated by Trio Industrial Electronics) you accept the following terms.
Basic functions such as pricing a BOM work without registration. Downloading a quote, placing an order and using AI PCB Design require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account; do not share it.
Quotes are generated from distributor prices and stock levels published at the moment of the query and are an estimate, not a committed price. Component prices and availability change constantly; the binding terms are those confirmed on the order. Archived quotes are never silently re-priced, so each one reflects the market at the time it was generated.
Schematics, placement, routing and check results produced by the AI are design assistance, not production-ready conclusions. Have a qualified engineer review and verify the design before fabrication. We are not liable for losses caused by sending unreviewed output to production.
The BOMs, project information and conversations you provide remain yours. We use them only to deliver the service: pricing, quoting, carrying out the design tasks you request, and processing orders.
No unlawful use, no bulk scraping of platform data or APIs, and no attempts to bypass permissions to view another party BOMs, quotes or orders.
The platform depends on several third-party distributor APIs and on the EDA environment on your machine. A source may be temporarily unavailable; when that happens the affected lines state the reason instead of showing a substitute result. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
