This policy describes what the ONEPASSPCB platform (operated by Trio Industrial Electronics) collects, where it is kept and who can see it. It only describes practices that actually exist.
This site
The page you are reading is a static site. There is no sign-up, no login and no tracking cookie for individuals. Clicking AI PCB Design or BOM Quoting takes you to the product applications, where the collection described below happens.
When you use BOM Quoting
- The BOM you upload: part numbers, quantities and other sheet content, used to price the lines and build the quote, and kept as your query history. Other customers cannot see it, and you cannot see theirs.
- Quotes and orders: the generated quote is archived. Placing an order also collects a contact name, phone number, shipping address and company name, plus the invoice type and tax number if you ask for an invoice — all required to ship and invoice.
- Account details: the email address and password used at registration. Pricing works without signing in; downloading a quote or placing an order requires an account.
When you use AI PCB Design
- Account and session history: your conversation with the AI and the operations it performed are stored as session history, so you and your team can review them.
- Project files stay on your machine: the connector runs locally and your EDA project is not uploaded wholesale. To carry out what you asked, however, the conversation and the design information needed for the task are sent to the platform and processed by a large language model.
Who can see it
Your query history and orders are visible to you by default; platform buyers and administrators with the relevant permission can view them in order to process orders. We do not sell your data. Pricing a BOM sends the part numbers and quantities you provided to distributors public APIs, which is inherent to pricing them.
Retention and deletion
Accounts, query history and orders are kept for as long as the account exists. To delete an account or a specific record, contact us and we will act on it once your identity is confirmed.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
