What one pricing run gives you

Line-by-line pricing — Unit price, quantity and amount per line, plus a priced-lines / total-lines count. Lines that could not be priced are never hidden.

Original currency and rate — Distributors quote in different currencies, so the original price and the exchange rate used are shown next to the USD figure.

Honest stock handling — Price breaks you can actually buy at this quantity come first. When nobody has enough, the MOQ and the shortfall are stated instead of a unit price that only exists at 8,000 pieces.

Close matches, flagged — When the exact part number is not available, similar numbers are listed as to-confirm. Nothing is substituted automatically.

Three ways a quote goes wrong — all handled the conservative way

A price you cannot buy at is worse than no price: the customer orders against it and we cannot ship.

Convert first, compare second

HKD 0.5 is not cheaper than USD 0.5. Everything is converted to USD before ranking, otherwise cheapest is just a currency illusion.

Distributors return NE555PWR for NE555P and LM358N/NOPB for LM358N — potentially a different package or temperature grade.

Zero stock, no quote

If no distributor has stock, the line is left unpriced with each supplier stock level and a suggested next step. A missing stock figure counts as unknown, not as zero.

Who sees what

Customers see the quoted price only. Cost basis and sourcing channels are internal: visible to buyers and admins, and never present in the exported sheet.

Pricing and checkout both work before you sign in — finish the job first. Signing in is required to download the quote or submit the order, and your orders are visible only to you.
